What information do we use?

If you email us about coaching, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, goals and message. If you post a blog comment, the comment and the name you provide may appear publicly. Wix, which hosts the site and blog, also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Why do we use it?

We use enquiries to answer your questions and, if you ask to join, to take steps towards providing coaching. We use blog comments to run the discussion and moderate it. Technical information is used to keep the website functioning and secure. The relevant legal bases are steps you request before a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the blog and securing the site.

Who receives it, and for how long?

Wix provides the site and blog infrastructure. Your email service provider and ours process messages sent by email. We keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry, any coaching relationship, blog discussion and applicable record-keeping duties. Public comments may remain visible while the relevant article is published, unless removed following a valid request or moderation decision.

Cookies and external links

The site uses Wix technical services. We have not added advertising pixels or optional visitor analytics to this website. Links to Instagram and other external services take you to their own sites and privacy notices.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or ask for data portability where applicable. Email info@tri-coaching-finland.com to make a request. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
