IT´S NOT A SWIM PLAN
IT´S A 70.3 SWIM BREAKTHROUGH

It’s not motivational hype.
It’s practical coaching that fixes the
real swim problems triathletes face.

A 12-week live coaching program built to eliminate the struggles triathletes face in the water: not getting faster, feeling out of breath, burning too much energy, and never finding a smooth, efficient rhythm.

✅ THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF…

You want to finally feel calm, efficient, and in control in the water.

You’ve done triathlons before — or you’re preparing for one — but the swim still feels like survival.

You can swim 400m continuously but struggle with breathing, balance, rhythm, or pacing.

You want clear, structured coaching instead of guessing or copying random sessions.

You’re willing to film your stroke and apply simple technical corrections.

You can commit to 3 swim sessions per week and want steady, repeatable progress.

❌ THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR YOU IF…

You cannot yet swim 25m without stopping (this is not a learn-to-swim-from-scratch program).

You want a cheap, generic template instead of coaching.

You cannot commit to regular training or refuse technique adjustments.

You’re not willing to film your technique or join the coaching calls.

You expect results without doing the work.
